1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Chance Winning platform (www.ChanceWinning.com), as well as all purchases of digital credits by users ("Customer").
2. Access and Account Registration
The website offers free statistical tools and an AI prediction service named "Fortuna". Account registration is required to unlock complete Fortuna predictions.
3. Welcome Bonus
Every newly registered account automatically receives a free welcome gift of 3 Fortuna credits, without any purchase obligation.
4. Pricing & Secure Payments (Stripe)
Customers may purchase digital credit packs (prices include VAT):
- Starter Pack: 5 credits for €2.90 (€0.58 / credit)
- Passion Pack: 10 credits for €4.90 (€0.49 / credit)
- Fortuna Pack: 30 credits for €9.90 (€0.33 / credit)
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Credits are applied to the Customer's account immediately upon payment confirmation and do not expire.
5. Digital Content & Right of Withdrawal Waiver
Pursuant to Article L. 221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights regarding digital content not supplied on a tangible medium:
By confirming the order, the Customer requests immediate performance of the contract and expressly waives their right of withdrawal once digital credits are credited to their account.
6. Non-Refundability & Disclaimer of Winnings
Purchased digital credits are non-refundable. Fortuna predictions are provided for entertainment and statistical analysis purposes.
Chance Winning and Swiss Core Tech make no warranty or guarantee of lottery winnings. Chance alone determines lottery draw outcomes.
7. Responsible Gambling
Gambling carries financial and addiction risks. Only gamble what you can afford to lose. Help is available via helpline services such as BeGambleAware (UK), SOS Jeu (Switzerland), or Joueurs Info Service (France).
8. Intellectual Property
Site content (text, scripts, design) is the exclusive property of Swiss Core Tech. EuroMillions® is a registered trademark of the SLE and FDJ. This site is not affiliated with these organisations.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
10.1 Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions, as well as all contractual relations between the Company Swiss Core Tech and the Client, are governed by Swiss law, to the exclusion of conflict of law rules.
However, if the Client is a consumer residing within the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive them of the protection afforded to them by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence (pursuant to Article 6 of the Rome I Regulation).
10.2 Competent Jurisdiction (Dispute Resolution)
- For professional clients (B2B): Any dispute relating to the interpretation, validity, or execution of these General Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Company's registered office, located in Sion, Canton of Valais, Switzerland.
- For consumer clients (B2C): The consumer may bring proceedings, at their choice, before the court of their place of residence or the courts of the Company's registered office in Switzerland (in accordance with the Lugano Convention).
10.3 Mediation (For French consumers only)
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code regarding the amicable settlement of disputes, Swiss Core Tech adheres to the Mediation Service of CM2C.
